3 ton digger hire with or without a driver
Our newest machine is a Kubota U27-4, a 3 ton cabbed mini excavator. It’s the step up from our micro and mini diggers for jobs that need more reach, depth and power: larger extension footings, long drainage runs, site strips, driveway digs and loading muck-away.
Hire it with one of our certified operators and we’ll do the digging for you, or take it self-drive by the day or the week. A hydraulic breaker is available.
When a 3 ton digger is the right choice
- Extension and new build footings
- Site strips and reduced-level digs
- Long drainage and service trenches
- Driveway excavations
- Breaking out old concrete with the breaker
- Loading grab lorries for muck-away
Got narrow side access? Our micro diggers start at 700mm wide.
3 ton digger and driver, or self-drive?
With a driver, you get an experienced operator and only pay for the time you need. Self-drive suits experienced operators who want the machine on site for longer. Either way, we deliver and collect on our own trailers.
